Fifth generation vigneron, Gilles Dumangin, combines management of the family’s Premier Cru estate near Reims with jet-setting round the world to promote his wines in increasingly thirsty export markets. The fact that this punishing schedule has no detrimental impact on his Champagne garnering gongs and journalistic tributes is testament to his tireless enthusisasm and attention to detail.
This six-pack showcases our Yapp own label (50% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay & 25% Pinot Noir), Grand Réserve (same blend, but an additional year’s bottle-age), the Extra Brut (low dosage of sugar), Rosé (Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Noir 40% and Pinot Meunier 10%), 1999 vintage (54% Chardonnay and 46% Pinot Noir) and a rare, single vineyard, late-harvested Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay).
