Like a French pommeau this is a judicious blend of apple juice and Cider Brandy. Made from traditional, West Country ‘Kingston Black’ apples this refreshing aperitif should be served chilled. Wonderful ripe apple aromas precede a sweet, invigorating palate of fresh orchard fruit.
