Traditional, West-Country varieties of apple such as Kingston Black, Dabinett and Stoke Red are used to make this Cider Brandy which is distilled in copper stills and matured in oak barrels. This beautifully balanced 5 year-old is smooth and complex with intriguing spicy aftertastes.
