Whilst the Occam's Razor Shiraz does not have quite the intensity of other Jasper Hill wines, it displays their trademark black-fruit tastes and warming, spicy undertones.
Not to be overlooked among the Jasper Hill wines is Emily Laughton’s own ‘Occam’s Razor’ Shiraz which is an outstanding bargain and has the signature ‘Cambrian clay’ complexity and pure expression of fruit that all of the Jasper Hill wines exhibit.
