Chablis: Domaine Guitton Michel 2009
This is the generic Chablis from Domaine Guitton Michel, with classic green apple scents and 'wet pebble' notes and a fruity, mid-weight, un-oaked palate. It makes a fail-safe aperitif or partner to shellfish.
