With subtle wild flower and mineral aromas and an attractive, pale straw colour, this delicately oaked Pouilly Fuissé has a wonderfully understated palate with great texture and delineation and textbook orchard fruit and wet pebble nuances.
This Pouilly-Fuissé from Stéphane Brocard is un-oaked but is richer, fleshier and more gastronomic than their Bourgogne Chardonnay.
