Côte de Beaune Wine

The Côte de Beaune area is the southern part of the Côte d'Or, the limestome ridge that is home to the great names of Burgundy wine. The Côte de Beaune starts between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune and extends southwards for about 25km to the River Dheune.
  • Aloxe-Corton 2010

This beguiling red Burgundy was a recent meritorious discovery on the Côte de Beaune and has been well received by our party faithful. Already approachable if decanted, this cracking Pinot Noir from Aloxe-Corton should keep well for 5-10 years.

  • Beaune 1er Cru 'Les Teurons' 2010

This classic, muscular Pinot Noir requires 3-5+ years cellaring before starting to reveal its potential, and now has a loyal following amongst our customers. 'Les Teurons' is one of the 42 Premier Cru vineyards (there are no Grand Crus in Beaune) that sits plum in the middle of this 400+ hectare appellation, just outside the iconic home of the Burgundy wine trade.
