Faugères: Château des Estanilles Cuvée Tradition 2008
The Cuvée Tradition is made from a blend of all 5 permitted grape varieties within the Faugères appellation – Syrah,Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan. It has a dark, juicy palate of garrigue fruit over supple tannins and is a terrific accompaniment to simple grills and casseroles.
