Coteaux du Languedoc: Mas Bruguière Les Mûriers 2010
Xavier Bruguière’s white wine ‘Les Mûriers’ (which is a humble Coteaux du Langeudoc as there is no white permitted in the Pic Saint-Loup cru) is made from a blend of 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne. It has a bouquet of wild herbs and flowers and a dry, savory, mid-weight, russet apple palate.
