Pic Saint-Loup: Mas Bruguière l’Arbouse 2010
Xavier Bruguière blends equal volumes of Syrah and Grenache together to great effect in his classic bottling of Pic Saint-Loup called ‘L’Arbouse’. It is packed with dark garrigue fruit tastes and scents and represents terrific value for money. It is a firm Yapp favourite and successive vintages have featured as a table d’hôte wine at no lesser temple of gastronomy than Le Gavroche. Needless to say it is terrific food wine, well-suited to grills, roasts and stews.
