A classic 'Picpoul’ from Ludovic Gaujal, who is widely regarded as one of the best of the 13 independent producers in Pinet. It has a fresh ozone and citrus bouquet and a wonderfully delineated, long, clean palate. It is best drunk young and quite well chilled. Bring on the fruits de mer!
