'Le Pas de Zarat’ is the Domaine's special cuvée - made from a blend of Carignan, Grenache Noir and Syrah, it is packed with dark garrigue fruit scents and tastes with wonderful spicy undertones and pitchy tannins.
Produced only when favourable conditions prevail, and in limited volumes, a special cuvée called ‘Le Pas de Zarat’. Made from the same 3 grape varieties as the 'Tradition' - Carignan, Grenache and Syrah - this is a denser, more structured and age-worthy wine.
