A mid-weight, forward and fruity wine from 100% Cabernet Franc. With juicy cassis flavours and pleasant blackberry leaf and mushroom aromas, its structured tannins will support some bottle age.

This Bourgueil Rosé from Pierre-Jacques Druet is a pretty, coral-pink saignant wine. It is fresh and dry and raspberry-scented, perfect for drinking out of doors, on its own or with fruits de mer - a dressed crab or prawn salad.

The resulting wine has a pale coral appearance.
