Coteaux du Layon: Château la Tomaze 2010
Vincent's generic Coteaux du Layon 'Chateau la Tomaze' is a classis sweet Loire Chenin with delicate floral aromas and a fresh, clean, gently-honeyed palate. In situ this is served as an aperitif or accompaniment to foie gras, but it works equally well as a versatile partner to fruit-based puddings.
