Domaine des Liards Montlouis-sur-Loire Sec - clean, green apple and grapefruit aromas precede a zesty, citric palate.
This excellent example of Chenin Blanc has a bright, refreshing acidity and crisp, dry finish.

Cellarage: Best drunk fairly young but will happily stand 2-3 years in bottle and show little sign of fatigue.
Vinification: Hand harvested Chenin Blanc grapes are fully de-stemmed and vinified in stainless steel vats. The wine is fined and then filtered prior to a spring bottling.
