This Reuilly from Gérard Cordier is a fantastic, understated Sauvignon Blanc. Steel-dry with classic elderflower and nettle notes and a crisp, palate-cleansing finish.
This is a superb Sauvignon Blanc produced by the Cordier family in Reuilly, one of of our longest-serving suppliers. We have shipped this wine in every vintage for over four decades - it is unfailingly zesty, crisp and refreshing. Oysters are a traditional accompaniment but it also goes well with goat's cheese and asparagus.
