Thouarsais 'Breton' 2010

A light, juicy, unoaked Cabernet Franc. With a palate redolent of raspberries and strawberries, it has wonderfully supple tannins.

Thouarsais 'Breton' 2010

The Thouarsais rouge is made from Cabernet Franc (known locally as ‘Breton’) and has bright berry fruit
scents and flavours over supple earthy tannins. Like many Loire reds it shows well when very lightly chilled and is ideal with kitchen table lunches of coarse pâté and crusty bread.
