François Gigon continues a family lineage of over a century of wine-making, producing authentic local wines of terrific varietal character. François' white Thouarsais is a fresh, apple scented Chenin Blanc - it makes for a bracing aperitif or accompaniment to shellfish or goats’ cheese.
