Vouvray Demi-Sec 2010

This off-dry Vouvray Demi-Sec has a similar bouquet and the palate-cleansing acidity of it's Vouvray Sec sibling, but a touch more residual sugar which lends it well to pâtés and cheese.

    The wine winters on its lees before being bottled in the April following the vintage.
