A pure Merlot Côtes de Gascogne wine which has a similar fruit-forward appeal to it's Cabernet Franc / Merlot sibling, and a mellow, brambly finish.

• Cellarage: Intended for early drinking (up to 3 years from vintage).
• Vinification: The grapes, grown on alluvial soil, are picked at optimum ripeness and are completely de-stemmed prior to vinification in thermo-regulated stainless
  steel vats. The wine is then fined and filtered prior to spring bottling.
• Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 12%
