A rich, powerful wine with a complex bouquet of mandarins, lemon and candied peel with smoky undertones preceding a decadent palate of dried fruits and nuts, offset by feint mineral nuances and leading to a marvellous honeyed finish.
A senior cuvée than the 'Tradition', ‘Cuvée Thibault’, named after Pascal Labasse’s eldest son, is made from pure Petit Manseng. It has attractive agrume aromas and a rich, complex palate of dried fruit and honey with a long, persistent finish.
