Bellet: Domaine de la Source Rouge 2008

Blended from 40% each of Foille Noir and Braquet and 20% Grenache Noir, the Bellet: Domaine de la Source Rouge has subtle sous bois and spice aromas and a rich, dark palate of baked stone fruit over a background of gravelly tannins.

  • Vinification: The grapes are handpicked at the end of September from vines grown on stony soil with a high mineral content. The grapes go through the process of malolactic fermentation and are fermented in vats for 10 days before being bottled on the estate.
