Coteaux d'Aix: Domaine des Oullières Blanc 2010
This white wine is produced from a blend of Rolle, Genache Gris and Ugni Blanc. It has a bouquet of white flowers with hints of fennel and a crisp, dry palate of peaches and pears with alluring undertones of herbs and oil.
The entire 70 hectare Domaine des Oullières estate is under conversion to organic status, which should impact from the 2011 vintage onwards.
