Côtes du Luberon: Château la Canorgue Blanc 2010
The Côtes du Luberon blanc is made from Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Marsanne and Roussanne, and has a good weight of fruit, attractive agrume aromas and a clean dry finish. Both the white and rosé wines are light enough to be drunk on their own but would happily stand up to bouillabaisse or pissaladière.
