Côtes du Luberon: Château la Canorgue Rouge 2010

An excellent red Côtes du Luberon wine that is blended from 40% Syrah, 30% Carignan and 30% Grenache. It has a warming, briary palate that lends it well to simple rustic cuisine - a gigot d'agneau roast with rosemary and garlic would be perfect!
