The very aromatic nose of Béret offers red berry and cherry aromas and a hint of spice. It is forward and fruity with a generous palate of juicy black fruit.
Since 2005 the Margan family have been bottling this juicy, youthful red Vin de Pays de Mediterrannée. Called ‘Béret’, it is made from (almost) pure Syrah, with a notional splash of Grenache, and is packed with black berry flavours with pleasant peppery undertones – an ideal wine for picnics and barbeques and carefree al fresco imbibing.
