Château Simone Rosé 2010

The distinctive Château Simone Rosé is made from a blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache along with lesser volumes of obscure local grapes such as Manoscan. It has deep, brick-pink colour and is closer in style to a red than white wine, and will support 3-5 years bottle-age.
The Château Simone Rosé has an attractive red fruit bouquet with some earthy undertones and enough depth and body to stand up to quite complex dishes.
