Clairette de Die

Clairette de Die is a wonderfully natural, gently sparkling wine produced in a specialist appellation in the Drôme valley in the foothills of the Alps. Here Jean-Pierre Achard fashions a particularly beguiling version from a blend of organically grown Muscat (80%) and Clairette (20%) at this family-run winery in the village of Sainte Croix, where the river Sure meets the Drôme.
