Description

This Beaumes de Venise from Domaine de Durban has a dense, powerful red full of autumnal and plum flavours spiced up with hints of cinnamon and pepper.

  • Cellarage: Approachable when young, this wine will age happily over the next 5 years.
  • Vinification: The vines are hand harvested to ensure no damage is caused to the fruit which is then sorted at the vineyard to eliminate any spoiled or under-ripe grapes. The grapes are then vinified in large oak barrels before being racked in cement vats prior to filtering and bottling.
