The principal wine produced by Alain Graillot's son Maxime, called ‘Domaine des Lises’. It is more structured with firmer tannins than it's 'Equinoxe' sibling. It is a classic mid-weight offering that can be drunk young ‘sur les fruits’ but can easily support 2-3 years bottle-age.
