A sumptuous and already accessible Gigondas from Yves Chéron, who runs the highly regarded 'Pascal Frères' négociant house. A terrific food wine - grilled red meat, stews and braises are the order of the day.

Textbook 'cigar box and spice' Gigondas aromas with a palate of warm, autumnal fruit elegant tannins and a soft rounded finish.
Yves Chéron (aka Pascal Frères) is a Négociant-Vinificateur – a wine merchant and winemaker, who lives on an attractive estate below the Dentelles de Montmirail. He produces his own Gigondas, Grand Montmirail, from vineyards at the domaine, as well as vinifying wines from bought in grapes at his négociant enterprise, Pascal Frères, which is situated between Gigondas and Vacqueyras.
Haven't tried this but others mostly excellent
