What others think of this wine...
Andrew Neather, London Evening Standard 11/11/10 says:Up the road in Terrats, Bruno Ribière showed me his Domaine Ferrer-Ribière Empreinte du Temps Carignan 2007, which benefits from a frequent factor here: very old vines. This is from vines planted in 1877: it's huge, full of baked fruit with scents of the garrigue and lovely minerality. His Tradition 2007, Côtes du Roussillon is excellent too.
Natasha Hughes in Food and Travel magazine, October 2010 says:(The Domaine Ferrer-Ribière, Vin de Pays Catalan Empreinte du Temps Carignan 2007) Offers rich damson fruit spiked with aromatic hillside herbs. You might want to open a bottle
next time you’re roasting a leg of lamb with
rosemary and garlic.
