Our 'house' white wine is a crisp, dry Sauvignon Blanc-based blend with around 35-40% Grenache Blanc to round it out and add body. It is bottled under screw-cap to conserve its youthful fruit and is intended to be enjoyable with or without food throughout the year.
The Yapp Brothers own label white wine has fresh citrus aromas and a zesty, dry, un-oaked palate with a crisp, clean finish. It makes for a crowd-pleasing aperitif or versatile partner to seafood, salads and picnic foods.
