    Hermitage: Pascal Frères 2010

Like all top-drawer négociants, the ever-reliable Yves Cheron (aka Pascal Frères) secures an allocation of Cru wines in the great years, as well as the lesser ones. It is a silky, spicy, seductive delight that could be approached now, but will age gracefully for at least a decade.
