    Xavier Bruguière’s wonderful, organic white ‘Les Mûriers’ (which is a humble Coteaux du Languedoc as there is no white permitted in the Pic Saint-Loup cru) is made from a blend of 70% Marsanne, 20% Roussanne and 10% Vermentino. Xavier recommends serving it with a mushroom spelt risotto (speltotto) or a grilled veal chop with braised fennel.
