Sommelier Service - Mixed Wine Case

The Latest Sommelier Service Wines

These two crisp whites hail from the windswept plains of the Atlantic coast and the steep terraces of the Ardèche, respectively. The rare 'Gros Plant' is a slam-dunk hit with shellfish, while the Grenache / Sauvignon is (perhaps) more of an all-rounder. The Côtes du Vivarais is a spicy, mid-weight Rhône red while the Minervois is a robust blend of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah from the edge of the Montagne Noire. Both wines are well-suited to Autumnal fare – game, stews or Toulouse sausages.

Three bottles of each of the following wines:

Coteaux de l'Ardèche: Les Terrasses Blanc 2013
Gros Plant du Pays Nantais: Domaine de la Mortaine 2013

Côtes du Vivarais 2013
Minervois: Domaine Le Cazal Tradition 2013

Just £99 per case delivered, saving £15.60 on normal prices

Cellar Selection - Mixed Wine Case

The Latest Cellar Selection Wines

If you have yet to try the ‘Catalan Grenache’ from Domaine Ferrer-Ribière,you’ve been missing out. This beguiling wine, produced from old, organic vines in the foot hills of the Pyrenees, has a complex, sherry-like palate that is a perfect partner to olives, almonds and smoked fish. It contrasts nicely with Jérôme de la Chaise’s zesty Sauvignon – match this with goats’ cheese or steamed fish. The two reds – both Syrah / Grenache blends from the Languedoc - come with copper-bottomed, independent endorsement and we don’t believe that we could do a better job describing the wines ourselves!

Three bottles of each of the following wines:

Vin de Pays Catalan: Grenache 2012
Quincy: Jerôme de la Chaise 2013

Pic Saint-Loup: Mas Bruguière l’Arbouse 2012
Saint-Chinian: Château Milhau-Lacugue 'Les Truffières' 2010

Just £149 per case delivered, saving £10.60 on normal prices
