Stephane Brocard

Stéphane Brocard is a branché thirty-something Chablisien who found his family’s wine business becoming crowded when working alongside his brother and sister-in-law and sister and brother-in-law. An intimate knowledge of Burgundy and a hankering to do his own thing led him to set up a boutique négociant business contracting in small parcels of carefully selected grapes, as well as investing in a precious plot of Pommard, for which he has high aspirations. Today Stéphane works with eight young vignerons and his intention is to produce fresh, clean wines with a true expression of terroir.
