Vin de Corse Sartène: Domaine Saparale Blanc 2022
Philippe Farinelli's Corsican white wine has subtle Maquis herb and wild flower scents and a smoothly-textured citrus-edged palate. This pure Vermentino from the Ortolo valley makes an ideal partner to salmon steaks or lemon-infused chicken dishes.
This white wine from Corsica, which is made from 100% Vermentino, has a beguiling bouquet of Maquis herbs and a pure and persistent white stone-fruit palate with a mineral-edged finish.
