This youthful rosé wine from the Coteaux d'Aix, just north of Aix-en-Provence, is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache & Syrah. Crisp, refreshing and savoury, it's ideal when sipped al fresco with or without some freshly-landed langoustines.
This coral-pink rosé wine, from the Ambrosio-Collomb family's Domaine Ouilllières, has delicate raspberry and red berry scents and flavours and a crisp, dry finish. We consider ourselves fortunate to have secured a healthy annual allocation of their red, white and rosé wines all of which have a real personality and a strong sense of 'terroir'. Produced to 'Haut Valeur Environnementale' standards - a step down from certified organic.

Domaine des Oullières (Famille Ambrosio Collomb Vignerons)
Based just outside the picturesque village of Lambesc, 20 kilometres north-west of Aix-en-Provence on the elevated escarpment of the Chaîne de la Trevaresse, Domaine des Oullières has been run by the aptly-named Ambrosio Collomb family for 7 generations.
Their three Coteaux d'Aix wines - red, white and rosé - make them an enviable one-stop shop for Provence fans. We consider ourselves fortunate to have secured a healthy annual allocation as they are making wines of real personality with a strong sense of terroir.
