This weekend – the 8th and 9th June – Yapp Brothers will be at the Three Wine Men event in Manchester, at the Museum of Science and History. So if you’re in the area please pop down and see us.

Three Wine Men

Three Wine Men is a great event for us, hosted by Olly Smith, Oz Clarke and Tim Atkin MW. For those who don’t know, the Three Wine Men events have been developed to get everyone tasting, experiencing and enjoying new wines and discovering different foods. These events bring together both food and wine retailers to show visitors how much fun their taste buds can have, which we hope will be a lot.

Our wine line up this weekend includes the lovely Savoie: Cuvée l’Orangerie 2012, ‘a blameless aperitif which is just the sort of thing to cheer the heart as the chalet girl murders a soufflé’, the Vin de Corse Sartène: Domaine Saparale Rosé 2012, ‘ideal for al fresco imbibing with or without a generous platter of fruits de mer’, and the Gigondas: Saint Gayan 2009, ‘it makes a terrific partner to rustic Southern Rhône dishes such as cassoulet or daube de boeuf.’ Plus many more...

Domaine Saparale Rosé

This marks the start of a long line of Summer events, with the Summer Wine Tasting and Sale on the 28th and 29th June and then the Three Wine Men in London, on the 6th and 7th July, at Lord’s Cricket Ground.

We look forward to seeing you there!
