Chablis: Domaine Christophe Camu Grand Cru 'Les Clos' 2020
A complex Grand Cru Chablis from the celebrated 'Les Clos' vineyard (just above the town of Chablis itself). It has a pale straw colour and delicate floral aromas, leading to a classic 'nervy' palate of gun-flint mineral tastes over ripe orchard fruit underscored by a fine acidity and a long, dry, elegant finish.
The Grand Cru 'Les Clos' is the haut de gamme at Domaine Christophe Camu - a rich, oppulent offering with subtle oaky notes interplaying with scents and flavours of russet apples and conference pears.
