Costières de Nîmes: Château Roubaud Blanc 2019
A refreshingly unoaked Costières de Nîmes blanc from the Molinier family. Made from 60% Roussanne and 40% Grenache Blanc, it makes an ideal summer aperitif and stands up well to seafood - a garlic-rich brandade de morue would be just the ticket!
This sapid, dry white wine has a delicate wild flower bouquet and mid-weight orchard fruit palate with subtle notes of white pepper and minerals. The Molinier's Château Roubaud is a terrific one-stop shop for characterful red, white and rosé wines.
