The Molinier's dry Costières de Nîmes rosé wine is blended from 50% Grenache Noir and 50% Syrah. It has quite a full-bodied palate so it stands up well to a garlic-rich aioli or spicy merguez sausages - ideal for picnics and barbecues.
The Costières de Nîmes rosé from Château Roubaud is a deep coloured wine, with ample red berry fruit aromas that give way to a rounded, redcurrant palate prior to a long, dry finish.

Château Roubaud has been in the Molinier family for five generations and, today, owners Françoise and Guillaume Molinier look after over 50 hectares on the western flank of the Parc naturel régional de Camargue. The wines are among the most highly rated of the region and are frequent medal winners at wine competitions in Paris. The Molinier wines are reassuringly old school and offer excellent value.
