Haut-Médoc: Château Cantemerle 2012

A classy Cabernet-Sauvignon-based claret from the classed 5th growth Château Cantemerle in the readily-approachable 2012 vintage. Produced from mature rootstock on well-drained gravelly soil, its cassis and cedar aromas and flavours are eminently enjoyable now (with decanting) and it has the stuffing to age well for a further 3-5+ years.
