Les Grandes Vacances Mixed Case Offer
Dally in the Rhône, Loire, Ardèche, Beaujolais, Provence & Rheinhessen.
To begin: dry, white Bergerac - a vif Bordeaux-blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc – complements the gifted Jürgen Hofmann's creamy, estate-level Pinot Blanc (Weisser Burgunder).
Next up, the latest vintage of dependable Domaine Saint Gayan's thirst-quenching IGP rosé.
The reds all punch their weight and two are new to Yapp cellars. Vignerons Ardéchois has come up trumps again with another cracking value, organic red Côtes du Rhône. A brief tasting chez Arnaud Aucoeur in Villié-Morgon in April reminded us that he makes several other star-quality Beaujolais Crus, such as this structured Moulin-à-Vent. Lastly, don't overlook the ripe, juicy Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Syrah blend (think Rhône - Bordeaux fusion) from Domaine des Oullières, 20km north-west of Aix-en-Provence.
This case also provides one of the four options we can now offer to customers who want a hassle-free, regular wine delivery at an agreed price. For further details of the service, see here for regular wine deliveries. As ever, this case is available as all red or all white & rosé.
