Popular Pascal Pack Mixed Case Offer
£175.00
Save £10.60

Our old chum Yves Chéron runs his canny négociant operation (largely) under the label 'Pascal Frères' from humble premises between Vacqueyras and Gigondas, as well as producing excellent wines from his own vineyards at the majestic Domaine du Grand Montmirail. He has a knack for producing well-priced, highly accessible reds from the Northern and Southern Rhône that are pitch perfect for fireside drinking and this case is hugely popular year-in, year-out.

This mixed case contains four bottles each of:

RED:
Vacqueyras: Pascal Frères 'Cuvée Spéciale' 2017
Côtes du Rhône: Pascal Frères 'Cuvée Personelle' 2016
Crozes-Hermitage: Héritiers Cheron-Misset 'La Grand Comtadine' 2018

This mixed case includes

4 x Côtes du Rhône: Pascal Frères 'Cuvée Personelle' 2016£0.00

A négociant wine that has graced these pages for decades coming from our old chum Yves Chéron's 'Pascal Frères' stable. Their über-reliable 'Cuvée Personelle', from a Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre blend, has deservedly garnered a loyal following. It drinks very well with 3-5 years bottle-age.

4 x Crozes-Hermitage: Héritiers Cheron-Misset 'La Grand Comtadine' 2018£0.00

A traditional, mid-weight Crozes-Hermitage from Yves Chéron (Pascal Frères), newly labelled as 'La Grand Comtadine' (a reference to the property bought by Yves' father in the 1960s near Vacqueyras). With classic Syrah farmyard and saddle leather aromas preceding a palate of juicy red berry fruit offset by firm, well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity, this can't fail to please when matched with a good steak or confit duck.

4 x Vacqueyras: Pascal Frères 'Cuvée Spéciale' 2017£0.00

This Vacqueyras wine is a silky, spicy Southern Rhône Grenache blend that impresses customers and staff alike in successive vintages. Subtle enough to enjoy on its own, but sublime when paired with game dishes.
