Brighton Gin is created by the first distillery to be granted a license in Brighton and Hove, the Brighton Spirits Company. Described as "gentle and approachable" with "sweet-scented fresh citrus and a touch of spice", the gin's botanicals include angelica, lime and milk thistle.
