Sadly, Alain Graillot passed away in March 2022. Anyone who knew him would remember a man who thoroughly enjoyed his chosen métier and found projects on the side difficult to resist. One such diversion involved working with the Ouled Thaleb winery in the Zeneta coastal region of Morocco to produce a superb Syrah called 'Tandem', production of which is now overseen by Alain's son Antoine. Bursting with sun-baked black fruit with hints of spice and sun-kissed tannins, this Moroccan wine makes an excellent accompaniment to tagines and other harissa spice-infused dishes.
