Maxime Graillot's brother Antoine now oversees production of their joint venture 'Tandem' Syrah made at the Ouled Thaleb winery in the Zenata coastal region of Morocco. Bursting with sun-baked black fruit with spicy undertones and supple tannins, it pairs well with tagines and dishes rich in harissa.
