Alsace: Riesling 2004
This Alsace Riesling from Charles Schléret has classic kerosene aromas, a deep straw colour and a touch of residual sugar. Like many Alsace wines, it makes an excellent accompaniment to spicy Asian dishes deploying chillis, lemon grass and coriander.
